THE ANNUAL AFRICAN ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS SCOTLAND 2015 ABOUT THE AWARDS We are delighted to present the ‘African Achievement Awards, Scotland’, which will be hosted in Glasgow for the fourth year running. This prestigious event will be honouring excellence; best practice and innovation by the African diaspora in Scotland and successful partnership work in Africa. We are honoured to have attracted a great deal of interest for our awards from esteemed guests both from the UK and many African nations. Our Awards recognise individuals and organisations who have made a significant impact and considerable difference to African communities across the globe. Regarded as the most international awards event in Scotland, we are always pleased to acknowledge exemplary and outstanding achievement. Nominations are carried out throughout the year and scrutinised by a panel of key business people, cultural leaders, academics and eminent political figures. Our initial African Achievement Awards were very well attended and we are delighted to report that this event has already exceeded the previous year’s expectations.
